Club 56 Registration

This is for Grades 5 and 6. Wednesday programs begin on September 8th, 2010 from 6-8pm and run through April 2011 following the Anchorage School district vacation schedule. There will be an extended holiday break for the month of December. Please list Parent or Guardian at the top of form. Children will be listed after volunteer opportunities. Club 56 will address several topics throughout the year, including Training & Equipping to serve with KIDS' CLUB, Science and Christianity Unpacked, and Peacemaker:Responding to Conflict God's Way. The cost for the whole year is $30.

The registration fee for the full year is $30 per child for KIDS CLUB. No fee for Preschool/Elementary Child Care. The $30 fee will apply to each child in the family. Fees are waived as needed. *
